If you believe content on Sprk infringes your copyright, send a notice by email.
Email notices to support@sprk.live.
Use the subject line: DMCA Notice.
What to include
- Your full name and contact email.
- A clear description of the copyrighted work.
- The Sprk URL or exact location of the content.
- A statement that you believe the use is not allowed.
- A statement that the information is accurate.
- A statement that you are the owner or allowed to act for the owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
After we get a notice
We will review the notice.
We may remove or limit access to the content.
We may contact the user who posted or caused the content.
Counter notice
If your content was removed by mistake, you can send a counter notice.
Explain what was removed and why you believe it should be restored.
Use the subject line: DMCA Counter Notice.
False claims
Do not send false copyright claims.
False claims can create legal risk for the sender.
