How Sprk handles your data.

  • We collect only what we need to run Sprk.
  • We do not sell your personal data.
  • You can request access or deletion at support@sprk.live.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use Sprk.

If we learn that we have collected information from a person below this age, we will delete it and terminate the account.

Information we collect

  • Account information, such as your user ID, email, and sign-in status.
  • Content you provide, such as messages, memories, chosen characters and scenes, and any screenshots you upload.
  • Product information, such as credits, orders, and feature use.
  • Device and usage information, such as logs, browser details, and error data.
  • Advertising-measurement identifiers, such as browser identifiers, IP address, user agent, and a hashed user ID.

How we use information

  • To operate the Service, generate AI responses, and remember context.
  • To process payments and manage your account and credits.
  • To keep the Service safe, prevent abuse, and fix problems.
  • To measure the performance of our sign-up and payment advertising.
  • To respond to support requests.

AI processing

To generate responses, we send the necessary content to third-party AI providers, including Google (Gemini API).

Information you voluntarily provide in a conversation is processed to operate the AI features. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected.

Do not share sensitive secrets in chat.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only with the service providers that help us run Sprk, such as AI providers and cloud hosting, and where required by law or to protect safety.

We do not share the content of your chats or uploaded screenshots with advertising or marketing partners.

Advertising measurement

We may send sign-up, checkout, and purchase events to Meta to measure advertising.

These events may include browser identifiers, IP address, user agent, order value, and a hashed user ID.

We do not send chat content, memories, real email, or phone number for this measurement.

Data security

We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your rights

  • You can request access to, export of, or deletion of your data.
  • You can stop using Sprk at any time.
  • Some data may be retained where needed for legal, safety, billing, or abuse-prevention purposes.
