By creating an account or otherwise using Sprk (the 'Service'), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. By creating an account, you warrant that you meet this requirement.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

AI content disclaimer

Sprk is an AI chat service. AI-generated content is not created by humans and does not represent the views of Sprk.

All AI content, characters, and messages are fictional and provided on an 'as is' basis, with no warranties as to accuracy, reliability, or suitability.

The Service is for entertainment purposes and does not provide medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law.
  • Do not create, request, or share content that sexually exploits or endangers minors.
  • Do not use the Service to harass, threaten, abuse, or harm others.
  • Do not attempt to bypass, disable, or 'jailbreak' content filters or security systems.
  • Do not scrape, copy, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.

Payments and credits

Certain features require credits, purchased through a third-party payment processor.

Prices may change before purchase. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law or as set out in our Refund & Cancellation policy.

Credits are a digital product, hold no monetary value, and are non-transferable.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate your account, and remove content, at any time and without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

Enforcement may include deduction of in-app credits or permanent termination of your account.

License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Use on iOS is also subject to Apple's standard EULA; use on Android is subject to the Google Play Terms of Service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided 'as is' and 'as available', without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprk shall not be liable for any damages, including loss of data, profit, or any emotional or psychological harm, arising from your use of the Service.

Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
