Shipping & Delivery

Sprk sells message credits, which are digital.

Nothing is physically shipped.

There are no shipping fees, tracking numbers, or courier partners.

Credits are added to your Sprk account automatically once the payment provider confirms your payment.

This is usually instant and can take up to a few minutes.

In rare cases delivery can take up to 30 minutes.

If your credits have not appeared after 30 minutes and your payment succeeded, email support@sprk.live with your account email and payment or order ID.

We will fix it within one business day, or refund you.

You can see your credit balance in the app after you sign in.
