So "vadiki rizz undi" is roughly "he's got charm, he knows how to talk to girls."

Rizz meaning in Marathi

In Marathi too, people usually keep the English word. The closest equivalents are आकर्षण (aakarshan) for charm, and the everyday phrase लाइन मारणे (line maarne) for flirting with someone. "Tyachi rizz bhari aahe" means his charm is great.
